Phase 1 - analysis

We read through your website and sales and marketing materials. We talk to your customers and employees. We develop a clear picture of your current brand and how it is currently perceived.

Phase 2 - strategic plan

We match your brand values to best practices in three main areas of CSR: Green Initiatives, Social Impact, Workplace Environment. We create a plan to implement key initiative in each area based on your available resources and commitment. We present this plan to your key stakeholders and provide support for the rollout. We develop benchmarks in each area that we use to measure progress.

Phase 3 - implementation

Once the CSR commuications plan is complete, we help you broadcast the value of your initiatives through public relations, social media, employee presentations, and marketing materials. We help you set up team building events and employee incentive programs geared around volunteerism. We provide reports on performance against benchmarks.
